1) Do you provide any guarantees for my Silkworm tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Silkworm tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Silkworm event. If the Silkworm tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Silkworm tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
2) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your Silkworm tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. Typically Silkworm tickets are shipped within 1 business day but there may be cases where the pop & rock tickets are not shipped right away. We guarantee that your Silkworm tickets will arrive to you in time for the event. If it is not possible to get your Silkworm tickets to you in time by shipping, we will arrange for you to pick them up locally or at the venue will call office before the pop & rock event.

5) What do I do if the Silkworm event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Silkworm event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Silkworm tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Silkworm schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Silkworm events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Silkworm event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
