1) I bought 22 & good 4 u tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because techno & electronic tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our 22 & good 4 u ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
2) There isn't time to ship my 22 & good 4 u tickets; can I get my tickets at will call?Yes, you can either get your 22 & good 4 u tickets via will call, digital delivery or local pickup. Select either will call, email or local pickup options on the checkout. If you have already ordered and need to change your 22 & good 4 u ticket delivery, be sure to call your ticket broker as soon as possible to discuss delivery options. You can find their contact information on the receipt that is sent to you after you purchased your techno & electronic tickets. Note: If you are picking your 22 & good 4 u tickets up at will call, be sure to bring your ID to the box office window.
3) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my 22 & good 4 u tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your 22 & good 4 u tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your 22 & good 4 u receipt. They can resend the 22 & good 4 u tickets for you. If you are unable to find your techno & electronic ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
4) What do I do if the 22 & good 4 u event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the 22 & good 4 u event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the 22 & good 4 u tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the 22 & good 4 u schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed 22 & good 4 u events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the 22 & good 4 u event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
5) What do I do if my order for 22 & good 4 u tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the techno & electronic ticket broker has not confirmed your order for 22 & good 4 u tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the 22 & good 4 u order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other 22 & good 4 u tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate 22 & good 4 u tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for techno & electronic events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
