1) What do I do if I received an error message when placing my 360 Session ticket order?If you see an error message when you are placing your order for 360 Session tickets, check to make sure that the details you provided on the 360 Session order form are correct. If, after correcting everything, you still receive an error message, please contact our phone support and they would be happy to help you resolve the situation.
2) What do I do if the other concert event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement 360 Session event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your 360 Session order receipt. You may need to return the 360 Session tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your 360 Session tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The other concert ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
3) As a buyer of 360 Session tickets, what are my responsibilities?TicketSupply.com requires all 360 Session ticket buyers to review and understand that all sales are final and that 360 Session ticket prices are determined by the ticket brokers. We value your business and we are willing to answer any other concert ticket questions that you may have. Due to the nature of the event industry, TicketSupply.com is not responsible for time, date, or venue changes and can't issue refunds due to any of these changes. Your 360 Session tickets will be good for the rescheduled date.
4) I bought 360 Session tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because other concert tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our 360 Session ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. 5) There isn't time to ship my 360 Session tickets; can I get my tickets at will call?Yes, you can either get your 360 Session tickets via will call, digital delivery or local pickup. Select either will call, email or local pickup options on the checkout. If you have already ordered and need to change your 360 Session ticket delivery, be sure to call your ticket broker as soon as possible to discuss delivery options. You can find their contact information on the receipt that is sent to you after you purchased your other concert tickets. Note: If you are picking your 360 Session tickets up at will call, be sure to bring your ID to the box office window.
