FAQ
1) Why isn't my name displayed on my 4th and Orange tickets? You are purchasing these 4th and Orange tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the 4th and Orange event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the 4th and Orange ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing 4th and Orange and experiencing the full reggae & reggaeton event.
2) How are 4th and Orange ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. 4th and Orange tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the 4th and Orange ticket prices.
3) How can I get aisle seats to see 4th and Orange? For any tickets, including those to see 4th and Orange, aisle seats are a hot item. If any 4th and Orange ticket within a listing is seated on an aisle, this detail will usually be provided by the ticket broker when they list the 4th and Orange tickets. Buyers should read the information listed in the ticket posting details (under the 4th and Orange specific ticket listing) to find this information. If there are no notes on the listing and no mention of an aisle seat, buyers should assume that the 4th and Orange seats are not located on an aisle.
4) What do I do if my order for 4th and Orange tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker? If the reggae & reggaeton ticket broker has not confirmed your order for 4th and Orange tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the 4th and Orange order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other 4th and Orange tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate 4th and Orange tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for reggae & reggaeton events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
5) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up 4th and Orange tickets?Last minute 4th and Orange orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your 4th and Orange tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
