1) I bought 5 Head tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because pop & rock tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our 5 Head ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
2) I purchased more than one 5 Head ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the 5 Head ticket notes, all of the tickets for the 5 Head event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your 5 Head receipt.
3) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my 5 Head tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your 5 Head tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your 5 Head receipt. They can resend the 5 Head tickets for you. If you are unable to find your pop & rock ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
4) I do not want to miss the upcoming event for 5 Head. Do you have the event schedule?Yes! All information about the 5 Head tour is posted as soon as it is made public. Use the TicketSupply.com web site to view the 5 Head schedule. The schedule will be available in the concert, pop & rock section. Look for your location and purchase the cheapest tickets available for this excellent concert event. You can also stay fully informed by signing up for our newsletter, we have information about 5 Head regularly.
5) Are the listed prices for 5 Head tickets different from their face value?In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the 5 Head tickets. The posted price for these 5 Head tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the 5 Head tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their 5 Head tickets.
