FAQ
1) I think I may have received the wrong 90-Proof tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong 90-Proof tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect 90-Proof tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your 90-Proof receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the other concert tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the 90-Proof tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your 90-Proof tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong 90-Proof tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on other concert tickets so you should not have any concerns.
2) What if I don't know which concert event I want to see?If you like concert events, browse to that section using the top navigation. If there is someone specific that you want to search for, just enter the performer information in the search box. (i.e. "90-Proof"). Or, you can locate all performers at a particular concert venue and choose that way.
3) What do I do if the 90-Proof start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information? The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the 90-Proof event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the 90-Proof event.
4) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the 90-Proof gate opening times for the venue? The best way to get the most accurate and updated 90-Proof event details is to contact venue directly. A other concert representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the 90-Proof event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the 90-Proof gate/door opening times. In most cases, this 90-Proof event information will also be available on the venues web site.
5) How do I print my electronic other concert tickets to see 90-Proof?You will need a printer and may need Adobe Reader (which is free) to print any 90-Proof tickets that are delivered electronically.
