1) Who determines the face value of my 90's & 2000's Party ticket?The artist, venue, or promoter determines the face value of your 90's & 2000's Party ticket. TicketSupply.com does not play any role in determining face values of 90's & 2000's Party or other tickets. Additional charges that may be included in concert tickets price are a facility charge, convenience charge, order processing fee, taxes, and delivery price.
2) What do I do if the 90's & 2000's Party event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the 90's & 2000's Party event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the 90's & 2000's Party tickets for sale elsewhere. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed 90's & 2000's Party events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the 90's & 2000's Party event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
