1) Do you provide any guarantees for my A Number tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your A Number tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the A Number event. If the A Number tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If A Number tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
2) Are the listed prices for A Number tickets different from their face value?In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the A Number tickets. The posted price for these A Number tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the A Number tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their A Number tickets.
3) What if the A Number event is postponed?If the A Number event is postponed, your A Number tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your A Number tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your A Number tickets.
4) I purchased more than one A Number ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the A Number ticket notes, all of the tickets for the A Number event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your A Number receipt.
5) Do you provide information regarding the A Number?Yes, we list additional information about the A Number so you can ensure that this is the musical & play event that you wish to attend. You can also find more information about the theater venue. This will allow you to verify that it is the proper event before you make your A Number ticket purchase.
