1) I bought A Summer Day tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because musical & play tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our A Summer Day ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
2) There isn't time to ship my A Summer Day tickets; can I get my tickets at will call?Yes, you can either get your A Summer Day tickets via will call, digital delivery or local pickup. Select either will call, email or local pickup options on the checkout. If you have already ordered and need to change your A Summer Day ticket delivery, be sure to call your ticket broker as soon as possible to discuss delivery options. You can find their contact information on the receipt that is sent to you after you purchased your musical & play tickets. Note: If you are picking your A Summer Day tickets up at will call, be sure to bring your ID to the box office window.
3) How do I know if the A Summer Day event has been cancelled due to inclement weather?If inclement weather is being experienced on the day of the A Summer Day event, contact the venue to see if the event has been postponed or cancelled. The theater venue will have the most updated A Summer Day event information along with any alternate parking arrangements due to treacherous conditions in and around the location.
4) What do I do if I received an error message when placing my A Summer Day ticket order?If you see an error message when you are placing your order for A Summer Day tickets, check to make sure that the details you provided on the A Summer Day order form are correct. If, after correcting everything, you still receive an error message, please contact our phone support and they would be happy to help you resolve the situation.
5) What do I do if the musical & play event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement A Summer Day event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your A Summer Day order receipt. You may need to return the A Summer Day tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your A Summer Day tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The musical & play ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
