1) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my A Tribute to The Replacement's tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your A Tribute to The Replacement's tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your A Tribute to The Replacement's receipt. They can resend the A Tribute to The Replacement's tickets for you. If you are unable to find your pop & rock ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
2) What do I do if the A Tribute to The Replacement's event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the A Tribute to The Replacement's event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the A Tribute to The Replacement's tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the A Tribute to The Replacement's schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed A Tribute to The Replacement's events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the A Tribute to The Replacement's event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
3) What do I do if the pop & rock event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement A Tribute to The Replacement's event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your A Tribute to The Replacement's order receipt. You may need to return the A Tribute to The Replacement's tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your A Tribute to The Replacement's tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The pop & rock ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
4) Is there a way for me to verify that my A Tribute to The Replacement's tickets are authentic?Currently, TicketSupply.com does not offer a customer authenticity verification process for A Tribute to The Replacement's, or any other, tickets. However, TicketSupply.com verifies that all A Tribute to The Replacement's tickets purchased on its site are authentic. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the A Tribute to The Replacement's event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the A Tribute to The Replacement's event.
