1) I ordered my AAAYYYAAA tickets. When will they ship?Once you have ordered your AAAYYYAAA tickets, TicketSupply.com sends you an email containing your tracking website/pin as well as information regarding your ticket broker. You can track your AAAYYYAAA tickets using the website link and/or contact your ticket broker for more information. We guarantee that your techno & electronic tickets will arrive in time for the AAAYYYAAA event!
2) What do I do if the AAAYYYAAA start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the AAAYYYAAA event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the AAAYYYAAA event.
3) What do I do if my order for AAAYYYAAA tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the techno & electronic ticket broker has not confirmed your order for AAAYYYAAA tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the AAAYYYAAA order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other AAAYYYAAA tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate AAAYYYAAA tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for techno & electronic events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
4) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my AAAYYYAAA tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your AAAYYYAAA tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your AAAYYYAAA receipt. They can resend the AAAYYYAAA tickets for you. If you are unable to find your techno & electronic ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
5) What do I do if the AAAYYYAAA event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the AAAYYYAAA event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the AAAYYYAAA tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the AAAYYYAAA schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed AAAYYYAAA events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the AAAYYYAAA event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
