FAQ
1) I ordered my Aboveboard tickets. When will they ship?Once you have ordered your Aboveboard tickets, TicketSupply.com sends you an email containing your tracking website/pin as well as information regarding your ticket broker. You can track your Aboveboard tickets using the website link and/or contact your ticket broker for more information. We guarantee that your musical & play tickets will arrive in time for the Aboveboard event!
2) How do I find the seats for Aboveboard tickets? On the page containing Aboveboard ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Aboveboard seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Aboveboard ticket notes.
3) Are the listed prices for Aboveboard tickets different from their face value? In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Aboveboard tickets. The posted price for these Aboveboard tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the Aboveboard tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their Aboveboard tickets.
4) What if the Aboveboard event is postponed? If the Aboveboard event is postponed, your Aboveboard tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Aboveboard tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Aboveboard tickets.
5) How can I get aisle seats to see Aboveboard? For any tickets, including those to see Aboveboard, aisle seats are a hot item. If any Aboveboard ticket within a listing is seated on an aisle, this detail will usually be provided by the ticket broker when they list the Aboveboard tickets. Buyers should read the information listed in the ticket posting details (under the Aboveboard specific ticket listing) to find this information. If there are no notes on the listing and no mention of an aisle seat, buyers should assume that the Aboveboard seats are not located on an aisle.
