1) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Across the Pond tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your Across the Pond tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Across the Pond receipt. They can resend the Across the Pond tickets for you. If you are unable to find your other concert ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
2) What do I do if my order for Across the Pond tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the other concert ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Across the Pond tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Across the Pond order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Across the Pond tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Across the Pond tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for other concert events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.

5) I purchased more than one Across the Pond ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Across the Pond ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Across the Pond event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Across the Pond receipt.
