1) As a buyer of Act Your Wage tickets, what are my responsibilities?TicketSupply.com requires all Act Your Wage ticket buyers to review and understand that all sales are final and that Act Your Wage ticket prices are determined by the ticket brokers. We value your business and we are willing to answer any musical & play ticket questions that you may have. Due to the nature of the event industry, TicketSupply.com is not responsible for time, date, or venue changes and can't issue refunds due to any of these changes. Your Act Your Wage tickets will be good for the rescheduled date.
2) Do you offer discounted tickets for musical & play events?Yes, TicketSupply.com offers discounted pricing on tickets for musical & play events and every other theater event. You can search by musical & play or by the name of a specific performer (i.e. "Act Your Wage") in order to find discounted tickets to their events. If you have a specific city or state in mind, enter it when doing your search in order to narrow the list of displayed results.
3) I ordered my Act Your Wage tickets. When will they ship?Once you have ordered your Act Your Wage tickets, TicketSupply.com sends you an email containing your tracking website/pin as well as information regarding your ticket broker. You can track your Act Your Wage tickets using the website link and/or contact your ticket broker for more information. 4) How do I make sure that the Act Your Wage discount code is properly applied to my musical & play order? All of our tickets are offered at discounted prices. However, if a Act Your Wage discount code was provided, simply enter it in the proper area at checkout. Once you enter the Act Your Wage discount code, scroll up and verify that the discount code was applied for your Act Your Wage tickets. If you still have questions, you can send our theater ticket team an email and we will confirm your discount code validity.
5) Why isn't my name displayed on my Act Your Wage tickets? You are purchasing these Act Your Wage tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Act Your Wage event. Since the theater venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Act Your Wage ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Act Your Wage and experiencing the full musical & play event.
