1) I bought African Ensemble tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because world tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our African Ensemble ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. 2) Help!!! I lost my African Ensemble tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your African Ensemble tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the African Ensemble tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the African Ensemble tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your African Ensemble ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
3) How are African Ensemble ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. 5) I purchased more than one African Ensemble ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the African Ensemble ticket notes, all of the tickets for the African Ensemble event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your African Ensemble receipt.
