1) There isn't time to ship my Angerfist tickets; can I get my tickets at will call?Yes, you can either get your Angerfist tickets via will call, digital delivery or local pickup. Select either will call, email or local pickup options on the checkout. If you have already ordered and need to change your Angerfist ticket delivery, be sure to call your ticket broker as soon as possible to discuss delivery options. You can find their contact information on the receipt that is sent to you after you purchased your techno & electronic tickets. Note: If you are picking your Angerfist tickets up at will call, be sure to bring your ID to the box office window.
2) Do you offer discounted tickets for techno & electronic events?Yes, TicketSupply.com offers discounted pricing on tickets for techno & electronic events and every other concert event. You can search by techno & electronic or by the name of a specific performer (i.e. "Angerfist") in order to find discounted tickets to their events. If you have a specific city or state in mind, enter it when doing your search in order to narrow the list of displayed results.
3) I ordered my Angerfist tickets. When will they ship?Once you have ordered your Angerfist tickets, TicketSupply.com sends you an email containing your tracking website/pin as well as information regarding your ticket broker. You can track your Angerfist tickets using the website link and/or contact your ticket broker for more information. We guarantee that your techno & electronic tickets will arrive in time for the Angerfist event!
4) What do I do if the Angerfist event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Angerfist event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Angerfist tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Angerfist schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Angerfist events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Angerfist event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
5) What do I do if my order for Angerfist tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the techno & electronic ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Angerfist tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Angerfist order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Angerfist tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Angerfist tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for techno & electronic events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
