1) What do I do if the Art of Attrition start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Art of Attrition event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Art of Attrition event.
2) Help!!! I lost my Art of Attrition tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Art of Attrition tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Art of Attrition tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Art of Attrition tickets safe once you receive them. You can find your Art of Attrition ticket broker's information on your receipt that was emailed to you.
3) What if I don't know which concert event I want to see?If you like concert events, browse to that section using the top navigation. If there is someone specific that you want to search for, just enter the performer information in the search box. (i.e. "Art of Attrition"). Or, you can locate all performers at a particular concert venue and choose that way.
4) I think I may have received the wrong Art of Attrition tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Art of Attrition tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Art of Attrition tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Art of Attrition receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the hard rock & metal tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the Art of Attrition tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Art of Attrition tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Art of Attrition tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on hard rock & metal tickets so you should not have any concerns.
5) What do I do if the Art of Attrition event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Art of Attrition event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Art of Attrition tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Art of Attrition schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Art of Attrition events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Art of Attrition event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
