FAQ
1) I bought As One tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because opera tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our As One ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
2) What do I do if my order for As One tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the opera ticket broker has not confirmed your order for As One tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the As One order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other As One tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate As One tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for opera events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
3) How do I find the seats for As One tickets?On the page containing As One ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the As One seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the As One ticket notes.
4) What do I do if the As One event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the As One event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the As One tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the As One schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed As One events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the As One event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
5) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my As One tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your As One tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your As One receipt. They can resend the As One tickets for you. If you are unable to find your opera ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your theater ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
