FAQ
1) I purchased more than one Barachi ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Barachi ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Barachi event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Barachi receipt.
2) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your Barachi tickets? You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. Typically Barachi tickets are shipped within 1 business day but there may be cases where the rap & hip hop tickets are not shipped right away. We guarantee that your Barachi tickets will arrive to you in time for the event. If it is not possible to get your Barachi tickets to you in time by shipping, we will arrange for you to pick them up locally or at the venue will call office before the rap & hip hop event.
3) What do I do if my order for Barachi tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker? If the rap & hip hop ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Barachi tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Barachi order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Barachi tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Barachi tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for rap & hip hop events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
4) What do I do if the Barachi event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Barachi event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Barachi tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Barachi schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Barachi events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Barachi event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
5) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Barachi tickets? If you did not receive the email needed to print your Barachi tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Barachi receipt. They can resend the Barachi tickets for you. If you are unable to find your rap & hip hop ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
