1) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your Barber tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. Typically Barber tickets are shipped within 1 business day but there may be cases where the classical tickets are not shipped right away. We guarantee that your Barber tickets will arrive to you in time for the event. If it is not possible to get your Barber tickets to you in time by shipping, we will arrange for you to pick them up locally or at the venue will call office before the classical event.
2) I do not want to miss the upcoming event for Barber. Do you have the event schedule?Yes! All information about the Barber tour is posted as soon as it is made public. Use the TicketSupply.com web site to view the Barber schedule. The schedule will be available in the concert, classical section. Look for your location and purchase the cheapest tickets available for this excellent concert event. 3) Help!!! I lost my Barber tickets for the event! Can you do anything? Unfortunately, TicketSupply.com is unable to help if you have lost your Barber tickets. You can contact the ticket broker to see if he or she can have the venue resend the Barber tickets. However, there are no guarantees so it is important that you keep the Barber tickets safe once you receive them. 4) I bought Barber tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because classical tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Barber ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. 5) What if the Barber event is postponed?If the Barber event is postponed, your Barber tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Barber tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Barber tickets.
