1) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Bassick gate opening times for the venue?The best way to get the most accurate and updated Bassick event details is to contact venue directly. A techno & electronic representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Bassick event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Bassick gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Bassick event information will also be available on the venues web site.
2) Why isn't my name displayed on my Bassick tickets?You are purchasing these Bassick tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Bassick event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Bassick ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Bassick and experiencing the full techno & electronic event.
3) What do I do if my order for Bassick tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the techno & electronic ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Bassick tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Bassick order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Bassick tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Bassick tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for techno & electronic events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
4) I purchased more than one Bassick ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Bassick ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Bassick event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Bassick receipt.
5) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Bassick tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your Bassick tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Bassick receipt. They can resend the Bassick tickets for you.
