1) What if I don't know which concert event I want to see?If you like concert events, browse to that section using the top navigation. If there is someone specific that you want to search for, just enter the performer information in the search box. (i.e. "Big Pooh"). Or, you can locate all performers at a particular concert venue and choose that way.
2) What are the service charges for Big Pooh tickets?TicketSupply.com sells cheap Big Pooh tickets featuring the lowest service charges online. The service charges vary per Big Pooh event but are significantly less than our competitors. You can see the total ticket price for your Big Pooh order on the checkout.
3) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Big Pooh tickets?Last minute Big Pooh orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Big Pooh tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
4) What do I do if the Big Pooh event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Big Pooh event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Big Pooh tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Big Pooh schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Big Pooh events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Big Pooh event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
5) How are Big Pooh ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. Big Pooh tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the Big Pooh ticket prices.
