1) What do I do if the pop & rock event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Big Something event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Big Something order receipt. You may need to return the Big Something tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Big Something tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The pop & rock ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
