However, if a Bless The Child discount code was provided, simply enter it in the proper area at checkout. Once you enter the Bless The Child discount code, scroll up and verify that the discount code was applied for your Bless The Child tickets. You can search by hard rock & metal or by the name of a specific performer (i.e. "Bless The Child") in order to find discounted tickets to their events. If you have a specific city or state in mind, enter it when doing your search in order to narrow the list of displayed results.
3) I think I may have received the wrong Bless The Child tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Bless The Child tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Bless The Child tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Bless The Child receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the hard rock & metal tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the Bless The Child tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Bless The Child tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Bless The Child tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on hard rock & metal tickets so you should not have any concerns.
4) As a buyer of Bless The Child tickets, what are my responsibilities?TicketSupply.com requires all Bless The Child ticket buyers to review and understand that all sales are final and that Bless The Child ticket prices are determined by the ticket brokers. We value your business and we are willing to answer any hard rock & metal ticket questions that you may have. Due to the nature of the event industry, TicketSupply.com is not responsible for time, date, or venue changes and can't issue refunds due to any of these changes. Your Bless The Child tickets will be good for the rescheduled date.
5) What do I do if my order for Bless The Child tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker? If the hard rock & metal ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Bless The Child tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Bless The Child order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Bless The Child tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Bless The Child tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for hard rock & metal events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
