1) How do I know if the BoeBlast event has been cancelled due to inclement weather?If inclement weather is being experienced on the day of the BoeBlast event, contact the venue to see if the event has been postponed or cancelled. The concert venue will have the most updated BoeBlast event information along with any alternate parking arrangements due to treacherous conditions in and around the location.
2) I want to purchase comedy tickets but I don't know if an event for BoeBlast is planned in the near future. How do I find information about the BoeBlast schedule?TicketSupply.com posts the BoeBlast schedule if it has been made public. You can view the BoeBlast schedule on our site and select the date you want to attend (if available). Our site will supply a list of all available tickets to see BoeBlast. Just select the tickets you want, make a purchase, and get ready to attend that comedy event of a lifetime!
3) Why isn't my name displayed on my BoeBlast tickets?You are purchasing these BoeBlast tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the BoeBlast event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the BoeBlast ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing BoeBlast and experiencing the full comedy event.
4) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my BoeBlast tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your BoeBlast tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your BoeBlast receipt. They can resend the BoeBlast tickets for you. If you are unable to find your comedy ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. 5) What do I do if the BoeBlast event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the BoeBlast event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the BoeBlast tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the BoeBlast schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed BoeBlast events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the BoeBlast event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
