1) What do I do if the Botnik start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Botnik event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Botnik event.
2) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Botnik tickets?Last minute Botnik orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Botnik tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
3) How do I make sure that the Botnik discount code is properly applied to my techno & electronic order?All of our tickets are offered at discounted prices. However, if a Botnik discount code was provided, simply enter it in the proper area at checkout. Once you enter the Botnik discount code, scroll up and verify that the discount code was applied for your Botnik tickets. If you still have questions, you can send our concert ticket team an email and we will confirm your discount code validity.
4) Who determines the face value of my Botnik ticket?The artist, venue, or promoter determines the face value of your Botnik ticket. TicketSupply.com does not play any role in determining face values of Botnik or other tickets. Additional charges that may be included in concert tickets price are a facility charge, convenience charge, order processing fee, taxes, and delivery price.
5) How do I print my electronic techno & electronic tickets to see Botnik?You will need a printer and may need Adobe Reader (which is free) to print any Botnik tickets that are delivered electronically. You will either receive an email containing a link to download and print the tickets or receive the tickets as an attachment to that email.
