1) What do I do if the Breath of the Dead event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Breath of the Dead event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Breath of the Dead tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Breath of the Dead schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Breath of the Dead events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Breath of the Dead event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
2) How are Breath of the Dead ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. Breath of the Dead tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the Breath of the Dead ticket prices.
3) As a buyer of Breath of the Dead tickets, what are my responsibilities?TicketSupply.com requires all Breath of the Dead ticket buyers to review and understand that all sales are final and that Breath of the Dead ticket prices are determined by the ticket brokers. We value your business and we are willing to answer any hard rock & metal ticket questions that you may have. Due to the nature of the event industry, TicketSupply.com is not responsible for time, date, or venue changes and can't issue refunds due to any of these changes. Your Breath of the Dead tickets will be good for the rescheduled date.
4) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Breath of the Dead tickets?Last minute Breath of the Dead orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Breath of the Dead tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
5) I purchased more than one Breath of the Dead ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Breath of the Dead ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Breath of the Dead event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Breath of the Dead receipt.
