How will I receive my tickets?
Most orders ship via FedEx. Standard service is two-day delivery, with next-day and Saturday delivery available when the event date calls for it. If shipping will not arrive in time, your tickets are delivered by email, held at will-call, or collected from a ticket specialist near you. Every confirmed order is guaranteed to reach you before the event.
-
Can I find my seat numbers?
Seat numbers are not shown on the listing, to protect the privacy of buyers and sellers alike. They appear on the confirmation email once your order is processed. Your receipt also carries the seller's contact details if you would like more information before then.
-
Are the seats next to each other?
Yes. Every ticket group is seated consecutively unless the listing says otherwise, and split seating is clearly marked when it happens.
-
Why are similar tickets priced differently?
Prices are set by the individual sellers, not by TicketSupply.com. Two sellers may price comparable seats differently based on what they paid to obtain them and how they read demand for the event.
-
Is the transaction secure?
Yes. Checkout runs over an SSL-encrypted connection and our payment handling is PCI compliant, so your card and personal details are protected in transit and at rest. Every order is also covered by our 100% Buyer Guarantee.
-
Where do these tickets come from?
TicketSupply.com is a resale marketplace rather than a box office or venue. We connect licensed and registered sellers with fans, listing over 60,000 events and millions of tickets at any given time.
