1) Can I select my own seats for the Chino event?Yes, you can! View our inventory of Chino tickets and select the seat with a price that fits your budget. Our selection of reggae & reggaeton tickets are updated frequently, so check our site often if you do not initially find a Chino seat that meets your price requirements. We offer the lowest prices around so you are bound to find good reggae & reggaeton seats to see Chino in your location.
2) What do I do if the Chino start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Chino event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Chino event.
3) What do I do if the Chino event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Chino event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Chino tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Chino schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Chino events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Chino event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
4) I bought Chino tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because reggae & reggaeton tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Chino ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
5) I purchased more than one Chino ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Chino ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Chino event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Chino receipt.
