FAQ
1) How do I know if the Classique event has been cancelled due to inclement weather? If inclement weather is being experienced on the day of the Classique event, contact the venue to see if the event has been postponed or cancelled. The theater venue will have the most updated Classique event information along with any alternate parking arrangements due to treacherous conditions in and around the location.
2) There isn't time to ship my Classique tickets; can I get my tickets at will call?Yes, you can either get your Classique tickets via will call, digital delivery or local pickup. Select either will call, email or local pickup options on the checkout. If you have already ordered and need to change your Classique ticket delivery, be sure to call your ticket broker as soon as possible to discuss delivery options. You can find their contact information on the receipt that is sent to you after you purchased your dance tickets. Note: If you are picking your Classique tickets up at will call, be sure to bring your ID to the box office window.
3) How do I find the seats for Classique tickets? On the page containing Classique ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Classique seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Classique ticket notes.
4) I purchased more than one Classique ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Classique ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Classique event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Classique receipt.
5) Do you provide any guarantees for my Classique tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Classique tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Classique event. If the Classique tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Classique tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
