FAQ
1) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Crossfade gate opening times for the venue? The best way to get the most accurate and updated Crossfade event details is to contact venue directly. A hard rock & metal representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Crossfade event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Crossfade gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Crossfade event information will also be available on the venues web site.
2) What do I do if I received an error message when placing my Crossfade ticket order? If you see an error message when you are placing your order for Crossfade tickets, check to make sure that the details you provided on the Crossfade order form are correct. If, after correcting everything, you still receive an error message, please contact our phone support and they would be happy to help you resolve the situation.
3) How can I get aisle seats to see Crossfade? For any tickets, including those to see Crossfade, aisle seats are a hot item. If any Crossfade ticket within a listing is seated on an aisle, this detail will usually be provided by the ticket broker when they list the Crossfade tickets. Buyers should read the information listed in the ticket posting details (under the Crossfade specific ticket listing) to find this information. If there are no notes on the listing and no mention of an aisle seat, buyers should assume that the Crossfade seats are not located on an aisle.
4) How do I find the seats for Crossfade tickets? On the page containing Crossfade ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Crossfade seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Crossfade ticket notes.
5) I think I may have received the wrong Crossfade tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Crossfade tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Crossfade tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Crossfade receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the hard rock & metal tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the Crossfade tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Crossfade tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Crossfade tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on hard rock & metal tickets so you should not have any concerns.
