1) Is there a guarantee for the delivery of your Desiire tickets?You will be notified of the approximate ship date after you order. Typically Desiire tickets are shipped within 1 business day but there may be cases where the world tickets are not shipped right away. We guarantee that your Desiire tickets will arrive to you in time for the event. If it is not possible to get your Desiire tickets to you in time by shipping, we will arrange for you to pick them up locally or at the venue will call office before the world event.
2) What is the best world event happening now?All of our offered world events are outstanding but we recommend considering our Desiire tickets. 3) What do I do if the Desiire event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Desiire event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Desiire schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Desiire events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Desiire event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
4) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Desiire gate opening times for the venue?The best way to get the most accurate and updated Desiire event details is to contact venue directly. A world representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Desiire event. 5) What if the Desiire event is postponed?If the Desiire event is postponed, your Desiire tickets will be usable for the postponed event.
