1) I want to attend the Discover Opera event in several cities. Can I view the entire Discover Opera schedule on the TicketSupply.com web site?Yes, TicketSupply.com lists all the Discover Opera tour dates to simplify your shopping experience. Just search Discover Opera or browse the theater section for Discover Opera. There you will see the Discover Opera schedule listed and you'll find the dates that the Discover Opera event will be held in your desired locations. If you have been to a theater event before then be sure to select the best seats for your preference. If you haven't seen Discover Opera or been to a theater or opera event then feel free to just ask one of our ticket specialists.
2) What do I do if the Discover Opera event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Discover Opera event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Discover Opera tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Discover Opera schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Discover Opera events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Discover Opera event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
3) What do I do if my order for Discover Opera tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the opera ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Discover Opera tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Discover Opera order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Discover Opera tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. However, supply and demand for opera events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.

You may need to return the Discover Opera tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Discover Opera tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The opera ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
