1) How do I find the seats for Fall Round Up tickets?On the page containing Fall Round Up ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Fall Round Up seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Fall Round Up ticket notes.
2) I think I may have received the wrong Fall Round Up tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Fall Round Up tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Fall Round Up tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Fall Round Up receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the other concert tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Fall Round Up schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Fall Round Up events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Fall Round Up event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
