1) What do I do if I received an error message when placing my Fanny ticket order?If you see an error message when you are placing your order for Fanny tickets, check to make sure that the details you provided on the Fanny order form are correct. If, after correcting everything, you still receive an error message, please contact our phone support and they would be happy to help you resolve the situation.
2) What do I do if the west end event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Fanny event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Fanny order receipt. You may need to return the Fanny tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Fanny tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The west end ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
3) I want to attend the Fanny event in several cities. Can I view the entire Fanny schedule on the TicketSupply.com web site?Yes, TicketSupply.com lists all the Fanny tour dates to simplify your shopping experience. Just search Fanny or browse the theater section for Fanny. There you will see the Fanny schedule listed and you'll find the dates that the Fanny event will be held in your desired locations.
