FAQ
1) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Forbidden gate opening times for the venue? The best way to get the most accurate and updated Forbidden event details is to contact venue directly. A pop & rock representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Forbidden event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Forbidden gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Forbidden event information will also be available on the venues web site.
2) What do I do if my order for Forbidden tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker? If the pop & rock ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Forbidden tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Forbidden order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Forbidden tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Forbidden tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for pop & rock events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
3) Who determines the face value of my Forbidden ticket? The artist, venue, or promoter determines the face value of your Forbidden ticket. TicketSupply.com does not play any role in determining face values of Forbidden or other tickets. Additional charges that may be included in concert tickets price are a facility charge, convenience charge, order processing fee, taxes, and delivery price.
4) How do I know if the Forbidden event has been cancelled due to inclement weather? If inclement weather is being experienced on the day of the Forbidden event, contact the venue to see if the event has been postponed or cancelled. The concert venue will have the most updated Forbidden event information along with any alternate parking arrangements due to treacherous conditions in and around the location.
5) I think I may have received the wrong Forbidden tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Forbidden tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Forbidden tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Forbidden receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the pop & rock tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the Forbidden tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Forbidden tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Forbidden tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on pop & rock tickets so you should not have any concerns.
