1) How do I know if the GLC event has been cancelled due to inclement weather?If inclement weather is being experienced on the day of the GLC event, contact the venue to see if the event has been postponed or cancelled. The concert venue will have the most updated GLC event information along with any alternate parking arrangements due to treacherous conditions in and around the location.
2) I purchased more than one GLC ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the GLC ticket notes, all of the tickets for the GLC event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your GLC receipt.
3) Do you provide information regarding the GLC?Yes, we list additional information about the GLC so you can ensure that this is the rap & hip hop event that you wish to attend. You can also find more information about the concert venue. This will allow you to verify that it is the proper event before you make your GLC ticket purchase.
4) What do I do if the GLC start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the GLC event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the GLC event.
5) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up GLC tickets?Last minute GLC orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your GLC tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
