1) What do I do if the pop & rock event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Harriet event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Harriet order receipt. You may need to return the Harriet tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Harriet tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The pop & rock ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
2) Is there a way for me to verify that my Harriet tickets are authentic?Currently, TicketSupply.com does not offer a customer authenticity verification process for Harriet, or any other, tickets. However, TicketSupply.com verifies that all Harriet tickets purchased on its site are authentic. If there should be any doubt, please contact us directly and we'll check into this for you.
3) I want to attend the Harriet event in several cities. Can I view the entire Harriet schedule on the TicketSupply.com web site?Yes, TicketSupply.com lists all the Harriet tour dates to simplify your shopping experience. Just search Harriet or browse the concert section for Harriet. There you will see the Harriet schedule listed and you'll find the dates that the Harriet event will be held in your desired locations. If you have been to a concert event before then be sure to select the best seats for your preference. If you haven't seen Harriet or been to a concert or pop & rock event then feel free to just ask one of our ticket specialists.
4) What do I do if I received an error message when placing my Harriet ticket order?If you see an error message when you are placing your order for Harriet tickets, check to make sure that the details you provided on the Harriet order form are correct. If, after correcting everything, you still receive an error message, please contact our phone support and they would be happy to help you resolve the situation.
