1) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Invasive Species tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your Invasive Species tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Invasive Species receipt. They can resend the Invasive Species tickets for you. If you are unable to find your musical & play ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your theater ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
2) What do I do if the Invasive Species start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information?The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the theater venue to determine the correct start time for the Invasive Species event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Invasive Species event.
3) How do I make sure that the Invasive Species discount code is properly applied to my musical & play order?All of our tickets are offered at discounted prices. However, if a Invasive Species discount code was provided, simply enter it in the proper area at checkout. Once you enter the Invasive Species discount code, scroll up and verify that the discount code was applied for your Invasive Species tickets. If you still have questions, you can send our theater ticket team an email and we will confirm your discount code validity.
4) I ordered my Invasive Species tickets. When will they ship?Once you have ordered your Invasive Species tickets, TicketSupply.com sends you an email containing your tracking website/pin as well as information regarding your ticket broker. You can track your Invasive Species tickets using the website link and/or contact your ticket broker for more information. We guarantee that your musical & play tickets will arrive in time for the Invasive Species event!
5) What do I do if the Invasive Species event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Invasive Species event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Invasive Species tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Invasive Species schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Invasive Species events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Invasive Species event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
