FAQ
1) What do I do if the Kempeh start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information? The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Kempeh event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Kempeh event.
2) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Kempeh tickets?Last minute Kempeh orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Kempeh tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
3) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Kempeh tickets? If you did not receive the email needed to print your Kempeh tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Kempeh receipt. They can resend the Kempeh tickets for you. If you are unable to find your techno & electronic ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
4) What do I do if the Kempeh event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Kempeh event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Kempeh tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Kempeh schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Kempeh events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Kempeh event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
5) What do I do if my order for Kempeh tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker? If the techno & electronic ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Kempeh tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Kempeh order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Kempeh tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Kempeh tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for techno & electronic events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
