FAQ
1) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Kitka tickets?Last minute Kitka orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Kitka tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
2) How do I find parking information, security procedures, and the Kitka gate opening times for the venue? The best way to get the most accurate and updated Kitka event details is to contact venue directly. A world representative will be able to direct you to find more information about parking and any relevant security details for the Kitka event. The representative will also be able to provide you with the Kitka gate/door opening times. In most cases, this Kitka event information will also be available on the venues web site.
3) What do I do if the Kitka start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information? The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Kitka event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Kitka event.
4) What if the Kitka event is postponed? If the Kitka event is postponed, your Kitka tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Kitka tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Kitka tickets.
5) I purchased more than one Kitka ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Kitka ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Kitka event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Kitka receipt.
