1) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Lots of Lights tickets?If you did not receive the email needed to print your Lots of Lights tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Lots of Lights receipt. They can resend the Lots of Lights tickets for you. If you are unable to find your holiday ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. 2) What do I do if the Lots of Lights event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Lots of Lights event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Lots of Lights tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Lots of Lights schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Lots of Lights events and can not issue any refunds for these.
