1) How do I make sure that the M. Street discount code is properly applied to my other concert order?All of our tickets are offered at discounted prices. However, if a M. Street discount code was provided, simply enter it in the proper area at checkout. Once you enter the M. Street discount code, scroll up and verify that the discount code was applied for your M. Street tickets. If you still have questions, you can send our concert ticket team an email and we will confirm your discount code validity.
2) What do I do if the M. Street event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the M. Street event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the M. Street tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the M. Street schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed M. Street events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the M. Street event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
3) What do I do if my order for M. Street tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker?If the other concert ticket broker has not confirmed your order for M. Street tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the M. Street order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other M. Street tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate M. Street tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for other concert events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
4) I think I may have received the wrong M. Street tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong M. Street tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect M. Street tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your M. Street receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the other concert tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the M. Street tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your M. Street tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong M. Street tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on other concert tickets so you should not have any concerns.
5) As a buyer of M. Street tickets, what are my responsibilities?TicketSupply.com requires all M. Street ticket buyers to review and understand that all sales are final and that M. Street ticket prices are determined by the ticket brokers. We value your business and we are willing to answer any other concert ticket questions that you may have. Due to the nature of the event industry, TicketSupply.com is not responsible for time, date, or venue changes and can't issue refunds due to any of these changes. Your M. Street tickets will be good for the rescheduled date.
