1) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Magic and Mayhem tickets?Last minute Magic and Mayhem orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Magic and Mayhem tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
2) What do I do if the Magic and Mayhem event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Magic and Mayhem event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Magic and Mayhem tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Magic and Mayhem schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Magic and Mayhem events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Magic and Mayhem event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
3) Are the listed prices for Magic and Mayhem tickets different from their face value?In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Magic and Mayhem tickets. 5) I purchased more than one Magic and Mayhem ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Magic and Mayhem ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Magic and Mayhem event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Magic and Mayhem receipt.
