FAQ
1) What if the Mudshark event is postponed? If the Mudshark event is postponed, your Mudshark tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Mudshark tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Mudshark tickets.
2) Can my Mudshark tickets be sent to an address other than my billing address?Mudshark tickets that are mailed are sent only to the billing address on file for the buyer. If this is not convenient and the tickets are hard tickets, some Mudshark ticket brokers allow buyers to select a will call pickup option. If the tickets may be digital tickets, you can check into electronic tickets; these can be printed from any location. If you are not sure if the specific Mudshark tickets can be electronic tickets, please contact our customer support and they can help you find this information.
3) Why do Mudshark tickets within the same section have different prices?TicketSupply.com is an open ticket broker marketplace for Mudshark. When you purchase tickets to Mudshark you are purchasing from accredited ticket broker companies. The reason the tickets for Mudshark vary in price in the same section is due to different ticket brokers listing the Mudshark tickets. These brokers often list Mudshark tickets competitively based on market standards and availability but their perception and expenses of obtaining the Mudshark tickets are different per broker.
4) Why isn't my name displayed on my Mudshark tickets? You are purchasing these Mudshark tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Mudshark event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Mudshark ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Mudshark and experiencing the full pop & rock event.
5) How do I print my electronic pop & rock tickets to see Mudshark? You will need a printer and may need Adobe Reader (which is free) to print any Mudshark tickets that are delivered electronically. You will either receive an email containing a link to download and print the tickets or receive the tickets as an attachment to that email.
