1) What do I do if the techno & electronic event that I have tickets for is cancelled and no replacement Oden and Fatzo event is scheduled?We suggest calling your ticket broker that was listed on your Oden and Fatzo order receipt. You may need to return the Oden and Fatzo tickets to receive a full refund. If you have received your Oden and Fatzo tickets electronically, you do not need to return them. The techno & electronic ticket refunds are typically shown on your statement within 5-7 business days once it is processed by the ticket broker.
2) I purchased more than one Oden and Fatzo ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Oden and Fatzo ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Oden and Fatzo event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Oden and Fatzo receipt.
3) Do you provide information regarding the Oden and Fatzo?Yes, we list additional information about the Oden and Fatzo so you can ensure that this is the techno & electronic event that you wish to attend. You can also find more information about the concert venue. This will allow you to verify that it is the proper event before you make your Oden and Fatzo ticket purchase.
4) How are Oden and Fatzo ticket brokers restricted in their posting and pricing?Ticket brokers must abide by the TicketSupply.com seller agreement. Oden and Fatzo tickets must be listed in accordance with any applicable international, federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, and laws. However, TicketSupply.com does not regulate the Oden and Fatzo ticket prices.
5) What if I don't know which concert event I want to see?If you like concert events, browse to that section using the top navigation. If there is someone specific that you want to search for, just enter the performer information in the search box. (i.e. "Oden and Fatzo"). Or, you can locate all performers at a particular concert venue and choose that way.
