1) Do you provide any guarantees for my Orgone tickets?Yes we do! Once the ticket broker has confirmed your order, TicketSupply.com guarantees that your Orgone tickets will be authentic and that you will receive them in time to attend the Orgone event. If the Orgone tickets are hard tickets, they will be mailed to you. If Orgone tickets are emailable or are digital tickets, the broker may email them to you for your convenience.
2) Are the listed prices for Orgone tickets different from their face value?In most cases, the listed price will be different from the face value of the Orgone tickets. The posted price for these Orgone tickets is determined by the ticket broker. Ticket brokers need to account for expenses in obtaining the tickets, delivery charges, convenience fees, and other charges in addition to the cost of acquiring the Orgone tickets. Buyers may pay more or less than face value for their Orgone tickets.
3) What if the Orgone event is postponed?If the Orgone event is postponed, your Orgone tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Orgone tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Orgone tickets.
4) I purchased more than one Orgone ticket, are all the seats together?Unless it is clearly noted on the Orgone ticket notes, all of the tickets for the Orgone event are seated together. If you already purchased, you would most likely be able to see if they were not consecutive seating on your Orgone receipt.
5) What do I do if the Orgone event that I had tickets for is postponed and rescheduled but I cannot go?If the Orgone event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use your tickets on the new date. If you are unable to use them, you might be able to post the Orgone tickets for sale elsewhere. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced, TicketSupply.com will update the Orgone schedule to reflect the new date. TicketSupply.com is not responsible for postponed Orgone events and can not issue any refunds for these. If there is no rescheduled date and the Orgone event has been permanently cancelled, please contact your ticket broker (listed on your receipt) for a full refund.
