FAQ
1) What do I do if the Persona Bell start time listed on the ticket is different than the time contained in my order information? The start time of the event may have changed since the tickets print date. TicketSupply.com and the ticket broker are not responsible for anyone missing an event due to a time change. Therefore, if you have questions, you should contact the concert venue to determine the correct start time for the Persona Bell event. They would be happy to let you know of any changes to the Persona Bell event.
2) How do I know I am getting a good price when buying jazz & blues tickets to see Persona Bell? Our website specializes in sold-out and unavailable seating for Persona Bell events and many others. When you purchase Persona Bell tickets from us you can rest assured that our prices are cheaper than our competitors. When you are comparing the prices, consider the Persona Bell ticket availability, jazz & blues event popularity, and the expenses that ticket brokers incur when they obtained the Persona Bell tickets.
3) How do I print my electronic jazz & blues tickets to see Persona Bell? You will need a printer and may need Adobe Reader (which is free) to print any Persona Bell tickets that are delivered electronically. You will either receive an email containing a link to download and print the tickets or receive the tickets as an attachment to that email.
4) How do I find the seats for Persona Bell tickets? On the page containing Persona Bell ticket details, the general location may be listed if they were provided by the ticket broker. (ticket notes under ticket listing) We do not require the seat numbers to be listed by the ticket brokers for the privacy of the buyer and seller. If the Persona Bell seat numbers are not listed, buyers can rest assured that all seats purchased from a single listing will be located together unless otherwise clearly stated in the Persona Bell ticket notes.
5) Why isn't my name displayed on my Persona Bell tickets? You are purchasing these Persona Bell tickets from a ticket broker who has obtained them for you from someone who couldn't attend the Persona Bell event. Since the concert venue only scans the ticket barcodes, the name on the Persona Bell ticket is irrelevant. It should not prevent you from seeing Persona Bell and experiencing the full jazz & blues event.
