FAQ
1) What do I do if I never received or I accidentally deleted the email needed to print my Rockin'1000 tickets? If you did not receive the email needed to print your Rockin'1000 tickets, or you accidentally deleted it, not to worry. Contact your ticket broker listed on your Rockin'1000 receipt. They can resend the Rockin'1000 tickets for you. If you are unable to find your pop & rock ticket broker information needed, contact us via phone and we will assist you. We are here to make sure that your concert ticket experience is as easy and worry-free as possible.
2) What do I do if my order for Rockin'1000 tickets has not been confirmed by the ticket broker? If the pop & rock ticket broker has not confirmed your order for Rockin'1000 tickets, you should call them to find out if there is a problem with your billing. If the ticket broker is unable to confirm the Rockin'1000 order because the tickets are sold (this is very rare), they will search the TicketSupply.com marketplace to find other Rockin'1000 tickets for you or we will allow you to cancel the order for a refund. When looking for alternate Rockin'1000 tickets, we will try to find those with a similar price and location. However, supply and demand for pop & rock events dictate price and location so there are no guarantees.
3) Can my Rockin'1000 tickets be sent to an address other than my billing address?Rockin'1000 tickets that are mailed are sent only to the billing address on file for the buyer. If this is not convenient and the tickets are hard tickets, some Rockin'1000 ticket brokers allow buyers to select a will call pickup option. If the tickets may be digital tickets, you can check into electronic tickets; these can be printed from any location. If you are not sure if the specific Rockin'1000 tickets can be electronic tickets, please contact our customer support and they can help you find this information.
