1) Who determines the face value of my Smush ticket?The artist, venue, or promoter determines the face value of your Smush ticket. TicketSupply.com does not play any role in determining face values of Smush or other tickets. Additional charges that may be included in concert tickets price are a facility charge, convenience charge, order processing fee, taxes, and delivery price.
2) I bought Smush tickets but now I don't want to go. How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately, because children & family tickets are a one-of-a-kind item our Smush ticket policy to buyer's states that you cannot change, cancel or exchange an order once you have placed it. If you would like more information please refer to the TicketSupply.com policy at the bottom of the page.
3) Why are there sometimes fees charged for picking up Smush tickets?Last minute Smush orders may be subject to an additional fee because of the logistics of getting your Smush tickets to the venue. This enables you to conveniently pick up your tickets when an event is within a few days.
4) I think I may have received the wrong Smush tickets. What do I do?It is rare that a buyer will receive the wrong Smush tickets, but accidents can happen. If you believe that you have received the incorrect Smush tickets, please contact the ticket broker that is listed on your Smush receipt and provide your order number. Please note that your name isn't always the name on the children & family tickets and that isn't a problem, those are your concert tickets. If the Smush tickets are in a better section, then the ticket broker might have decided to upgrade your Smush tickets for free. Please check with the ticket broker to discuss this with them. If they are in fact the wrong Smush tickets, the ticket broker and us will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are covered by our 100% guarantee on children & family tickets so you should not have any concerns.
5) What if the Smush event is postponed?If the Smush event is postponed, your Smush tickets will be usable for the postponed event. Since this may be subject to exceptions, you can contact the ticket broker of your Smush tickets to confirm. Call or send the broker an email using the seller contact information that TicketSupply.com provided to you when you bought your Smush tickets.
